Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:

IE 8:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a website
2. open inspector
3. element tab is empty

What is the expected result?
Normally I can see all the class of the style selected.

What happens instead?
Empty

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Ok, I found a similar bug in Gentoo forums.

I can test if the workaround (no lang, I'm on it_IT) works after submitting this bug.

I'm running the same version of Chromium on Debian and I have the same problem. LANG is set to "es_ES.UTF-8", but if I change it (to "foo", for example) I receive the following message and the element tab works again:

~$ LANG='foo'; chromium-browser
(process:3648): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
	Using the fallback 'C' locale.

Uninstalling the package "chromium-browser-l10n" do not solve the problem.
