Mac: Wrong
Windows: OK
Linux: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a bookmark with a full size favicon to the bookmark bar
2. Edit the bookmark's properties and remove the name
3. The favicon's width is decreased and it appears to trim off the sides

What is the expected result?

It should have enough space to show the entire icon

What happens instead?

The icon appears to be trimmed on the left and right side

I'll attach a screenshot when I get home.
