Reproducable on 6.0.471.0 (52872) Mac 10.6 
Using an ad blocking proxy, but it doesn't report any activity when going to youtube, so its not interfering.
Youtube does work in incognito however. Clearing cookies and flash objects does not resolve this.

- click any of the videos on the page

get a page that says "We're sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

waterfall build 52480, so it's not chrome-specific or related to the bundled Flash player.
