What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a new Chrome window or tab

What is the expected result?
There is not a wrench menu.

What happens instead?
There is one.

That's intentional. One of the reasons for this is that we want to show an "chrome's been updated, you need to restart to get the update" indicator on that menu. Also, the page and wrench menus got combined into one button, so it's less room. Finally, we got rid of the "go" button, and not having anything to the right of the omnibox looks weird.

Although it looks weird, there should still be a preference as the wrench menu is useless on a mac because everything is already in the menu bar.

I have extensions on the right side of my omnibox.  =)

More importantly, the menu is completely superfluous - you might as well put the Go arrow back.  Why not just have an update badge appear in that space when an update is waiting, but not work so hard to fill it when there's not.  Isn't the mantra of Chrome to minimize the browser UI?
