What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open e.g. google.com
2. Drag it to the middle of your tab strip
3. cmd-click (mac) or ctrl-click a link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should open in a new tab to the right of the current tab. Instead, opens in a new tab at the end of the tab strip.

From one of the dupes:

"""Satoshi.Matsuzaki, Jun 16 (2 days ago)
This would be caused by r49702.
Please see my comment#12 on Issue 29281.
"""

estade, they claim it's your fault.
