Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 4:
Firefox 3.x: OK
IE 7:
IE 8:
Opera 10.10: FAIL
Midori: FAIL
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load attached file
2. in the div, click on the "goto bookmark" link.
What is the expected result?
The contents of only the div should scroll.
What happens instead?
the contents of the body scroll too.

Oops, sorry.. IE8 Worked fine after I added this to the <head></head> section <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" />

Thank you for reporting the bug. Safari 4.x on Mac has the same problem. Have to report upstream (bugs.webkit.org).
