One of my PCs does not have a mouse. This is how I navigate pages in Firefox.

To add a little clarification -- one goal, probably the primary goal, of adding this
to Chrome is to be able to navigate without using a mouse.

For example, if I'm on a retail store's site (e.g. walmart.com or target.com), I know
that somewhere on the page there will be a link for "store finder" or "store
locator". On such sites, I search for "store", hit ctrl+g (next match) if necessary
to find the right link, then hit enter to follow the link. This is faster than
visually scanning the whole page for the text and using the mouse.

Going along with dharris' comment on mouseless internet navigation, Firefox includes
a shortcut with the apostrophe button that allows the user to search only through the
links on a given page. Something akin to this in Chrome would also be helpful, I
think, though the focused find will be a nice first step.

Fixed in revision 2645. We now set the selection to the active match on the page and
the focus to the first link in the matched range. This allows you to navigate after
finding a link by closing the Find box and pressing Enter.

Could it that the link is selected/focused even before the search box is closed?
Firefox does this. As the Enter key does not do anything while the focus is in the
search box, it would be nice to be able to "click" on the link directly by typing
Enter, without having to do Escape + Enter.
