The text above it says "You have chosen to open certain file types automatically after downloading 
[which ones? where do I make these choices?]. You can clear these settings so that downloaded files 
aren't automatically opened.".

I don't know if the button is ever enabled on Mac. Or on Windows, for that matter, though in that 
case I can at least imagine how it would become enabled; it's still total suckage that I can 
see/change those settings.

You make the choices from the download shelf ("always open files of this type"). We 
have explicitly avoided having a manager, seemed like overkill.

This might just be an issue on Mac. Reopening.

It looks like the problem is that auto-opened files are removed from the shelf immediately after the download is 
finished, thus making it hard to disable auto-opening from the shelf item's context menu.

Anyway, looks like that button might not be become enabled correctly on OS X, so I guess that's what the bug is 
about.

Sounds like the always open setting for downloads aren't hooked up for the Mac.
