Issue 30892: FTP url's should open in default app on Mac OS X

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 4: OK
  Firefox 3.x: FAIL
         IE 7: n/a (no mac version)
         IE 8: n/a (no mac version)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. visit a page with an ftp://example.com/ url in an <a href=""> tag
2. click the link

What is the expected result?

URL is opened in your default app for ftp:// url's as per the Mac OS X preferences setting.

What happens instead?

Chrome does a directory listing of the FTP server.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Confirmed. 
Tested on Chrome version: 4.0.284.0 r35318
Tried with the app "Cyber duck" Able to repro. Merge this to problem to  issue 3073  if
it can fixes this.
