  Mac OS X Version 10.5.8 (Build 9L31a)
  Processor: 2 Intel 2.33 GHz
  RAM: 2048 MB

Chrome:
  Chrome version: 4.0.222.5  Release (28804).
  QuickTime Player: 7.6.4
  Flash Player: 10.0.32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try editing one of your bookmarks.

Expected:
We should get the bookmark edit panel for the selected bookmark.

Actual:
Nothing happens.

Note: We can edit bookmark from the edit option  via Bookmark bubble.

If you right click on the bookmarks bar and click "Add Page" nothing happens.
