I can repo this on two mac's both running

Version 24.0.1312.14 beta

I'm not talking about using the scrollbar. I'm talking about hitting space or the up/down arrow keys to scroll before clicking after control-tabbing into and before clicking with the mouse/trackpad in the window.

If you're in MTV I can come over to your desk and show you this.

Tested on mac 10.8.2 and unable to repro on Chrome beta 24.0.1312.14 and dev 25.0.1323.1.

After control-tabbing into and before clicking the mouse in the window, i was able to scroll by hitting space or using up/down arrow keys.

@ark, Can you please provide the video for better understanding of the issue.

Thanks!
