What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit the URL.

What is the expected result?
The page should be scrolled near the bottom displaying a picture of a data center.

What happens instead of that?
You remain at the top of the page. Links to anchors within the page for navigation do not work either (for example, click on the arrow by tech). Scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking an image to open a larger view does not work either, since the large version of the image never loads. 

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
