What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an extension that has a toolstrip button that has no onclick
method
2. open several tabs
3. switch to a tab that is not first in the list
4. click the extension button
5. the browser has now switched you to the first tab
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?
