Reported by d...@google.com, Jan 31, 2012
Chrome Version : Unknown, will provide soon
URLs (if applicable) : docs.google.com

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. User opens docs.google.com
2. User opens a number of documents.

What is the expected result?
The document editors open and run normally.

What happens instead?
The render process holding these documents pins the CPU for a number of minutes and then crashes.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

The user followed the instructions at http://www.chromium.org/for-testers/bug-reporting-guidelines/hanging-tabs and created a dump file, which can be found at www.corp.google.com/~dbk/bugs/acbdc6768f15dea8.dmp.

Have asked the user to provide about:version and a crash id, will update this issue if they are forthcoming.

The docs chrome app was installed at the time of the crash, but the user specifies that similar behavior was occurring when it wasn't. During the 60 seconds the CPU was pinned prior to the crash, the tabs were unresponsive to events, but the 'slow script' warning did not appear. If it's a runaway script in docs it's not the straightforward kind.

The dump appears to be truncated and can't be inspected. Please ask user to verify that dump was fully uploaded (size of dump I download from you folder is 106072 bytes).
