If you decide to never save a password for a site, there's no easy way to 
change your mind and have the password manager prompt again. We need a 
reset button or something in the password manager dialog.

I agree; there should always be a way to reset any setting that has a “always/never…” 
option.

In the meantime, I believe that you can remove it from the Show Passwords dialog and 
re-login at the page.

Added a dialog for removing exceptions of password manager
Added the PasswordManagerExceptionsView class for removing exception of password manager added by "Never for this site" button. Also added a button in "Minor Tweaks" tab for openning the dialog.

Or is this referring to an easier way/another way of resetting this...?

Does this already work with Chromium Daily for Ubuntu? I cannot find that menu.
