“Arrow key” (up and down) donot work in candidate window on “Find in page”

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. set “Japanese language” to default
  2. select “日本語の入力方法 (US キーボード用)” input method
  3. select “ひらがな” input mode
  4. select “検索” from “Chromium の設定” menu
  5. click text input area of “Find in page”(検索)
  6. Type “a” (あ)
  7. press SPACE BAR
  8. confirm “candidate window” appeared
  9. press “Arrow key” (up or down) to change candidate word

What is the expected output?

candidate selection is changed

What do you see instead?

candidate selection donot changed

I wonder why "Find in page" behaves differently. James, could you take a look?
