The current behavior for opening links in HtmlDialogView is to open a new window. The desired behavior is to open a new tab in an existing browser window. This is especially important for ChromeOS, but applies to Chrome on other OS's also.

Posted on Oct 22, 2010 by Happy OxTest (All platforms): * Run chrome with --enable-tabbed-options * Preferences > Personal > Set up Sync (may need to stop syncing first, or use a 2-Factor StrongAuth account on ChromeOS) * Click on a link in the Sync Setup Wizard (e.g. 'I can not access my account') * The link should open in a new tab in the last active non-incognito browser window.
