File browser modification date for USB drive is 1969 epoch

Noticed during Kan's R12 file browser demo today:

Open the file browser's volume list with a USB drive inserted
Modification date for the volume is Dec 31, 1969

I think this is worth fixing for R12. I think it would be fine to intercept dates that are at or near epoch and replace the string with "-".

Not sure who owns the date-reading code, but this could probably be suppressed in the UI.

Maybe the date is wrong on your media. Can you bring it by my desk?

During the demo there were three "volumes" visible that all had the epoch date. Maybe that's helpful to track it down.

Zelidrag, I believe this is the case for FAT-formatted drives as Linux can't read the date/time of the root dir and uses the default value (12/31/1969). The same date/time can be seen from the shell. We may need to filter it from the UI.
