Proxy settings UI on OOBE appears clipped and overlapping other Internet dialog.

Chrome OS Version : 0.9.129.0 Chrome Version : <From about:version: Google Chrome x.x.x.x> Type of computer : Partner device

Please specify Area-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies.

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Install the recovery image. 2. Boot the device to see the OOBE screen. 3. Click on link 'Change proxy settings'

What is the expected output? Proxy settings UI should appear properly

What do you see instead? Proxy settings UI on OOBE appears clipped and overlapping some other Internet dialog.

actually even when invoking proxy settings through the usual chrome://settings path (not OOBE) then path to proxy settings is "Under the hood" -> "Change proxy settings". But contradictionally picture underlying proxy settings is "Internet" page and not "Under the hood".

Verified the fix. Proxy settings UI appears properly when opened from OOBE screen, from network menu in sign-in screen and from "Under the hood" -> "Change proxy settings"

I am seeing this issue again in Latest Dev-Channel build. Proxy settings UI on OOBE screen and from network menu in Sign-in screen is clipped and overlapping with Search dialog.

Shouldn't this fix be merged in Dev branch
