By the popularity of internet, we get the learning resources more easily and quickly nowadays. These learning resources may be web pages on the site or some documents of different kinds of foramt (like PDF,DOC,CHM,etc..) downloaded from the net.

At the same time, the storages is getting larger and cheaper. Most people like to collect these learning resources and store them on the disk. When these resources collected by someone get growth, and these resources become hard to search and manage.

So, the "ChinShelf Learning Resources Library Manager" system was born. ChinShelf records the meta data of the learning resources. And ChinShelf organize these resources by using the concept of tags. These tags is tagged on some one resource just like you give tags to your blog articles. You can also think that the tag is the folder of your resources, just like the folder of your IE favorite web pages. But there is a little difference: the resources can have many tags, the IE favorite web page can belong only one folder. In other words: the relation between tags and learn resources is N-to-N. Some one tag can contain more than one resources,and some one learning resource can belong to more than one tags.

"ChinShelf Learning Resources Library Manager" system is implemented by JAVA. So, it will run on most OSs that have the compotable Java runtime.

For install and running ChinShelf , you should have Java Runtime version 6 or above installed on your system.
