What exactly will chamOS be? chamOS aims to be a simple operating system for 32-bit x86 PCs, with a monolithic kernel design. I develop it only for educational purposes. Don't expect chamos to substitute FreeBSD for example :P It's still in the early stages of development, so it can't offer much yet.

Here's the project plan:

1. Reading the Intel Processor's Manual
2. Design Diagrams
3. When finished multitasking, design the interface
4. Make important pseudocode
5. Translate diagrams and pseudocode to C and Assembly code
6. Code makefiles, important scripts and the linker file.
7. Write the documentation
8. Alpha Version
