What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. German Windows-Vista ( or possible any other language then en-en)
2. Install the gadget, download it, doubleclick the icon an then "Add
Gadget"-Dialog

CCnet Monitor does not appear on the List of installable Gadgets

Fixed this Problem while renaming the language subfolder from "en-en" to
"de-de"; 

Is there a chance to tell the gadget to be language-independ?
