issue 1
(Captivate 4 TOC issue (AS2 output)) commented on by wilhite.steve
- Misreported one aspect of this issue -- bookmarks inherited from initial SWF are NOT
accurate. Also, a little more info: if successive SWFs have more TOC entries than
previous SWFs, initial entries from later SWFs will be appended to inherited entries
from previous SWF, but number of entries will be preserved. For example, if Movie 1
has Slide1 and Slide2 as TOC entries, and Movie 2 has Page1, Page2, Page3 and Page4
as TOC entries, the TOC for Movie 2 will read as follows:
Slide1
Slide2
Page1
Page2
The latter two entries link to the correct slides as specified in TOC dialog. Appears
that we need a method to clear out TOC Entries array when each movie unloads.

issue 1
(Captivate 4 TOC issue (AS2 output)) reported by wilhite.steve
- What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Table of Contents in multiple projects, each having its own topic
labels.
2. Output SWFs and deploy in CaptivatePlayer.
3. Launch any SWF after the first in the list, and check topic labels in
TOC.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TOC for each SWF should display topic labels as specified in Captivate Skin
Editor dialog. Instead, topic labels from first SWF in list persist across
all SWFs. Number of topics in successive SWFs is correct, and bookmarking
works, but topic labels are incorrect. No other skin-related issues are
apparent.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CaptivatePlayer 1.2
Captivate 4
Win XP Pro SP3
Please provide any additional information below.
Will provide link to live sample if issue persists after testing on a Web
server.
