What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import
http://eventful.com/ical/events/?c=technology&sort_order=Popularity&l=Portland+metro+area
2. Notice that all venues get parsed as only the VEVENT's LOCATION string,
rather than the richly detailed venue object.
3. Go squash duplicates. :(

Resolved with r903. Added specs to make sure this won't happen again.
