is a link to IncomingEventDataFormats

Either improve IncomingEventDataFormats or create a new, improved writeup
and link to it.

The improved help should include much of the old text, and also:
  * list the formats that Calagator understands
  * describe how they get imported (e.g., how the microformat fields map to
Calagator fields, which columns get ignored, etc.)
  * describe re-importing
  * perhaps include instructions for bookmarklet

Wrote wiki page CalagatorImportFormats

Need to link "For information about import formats, see this page." to
CalagatorImportFormats instead of IncomingEventDataFormats.
