I am guessing that numbers in wikipages don't work. I have renamed the two wikipages to remove the numbers. The names will change on my next commit.

Oh, I was wrong. Google Code's ability to autogenerate a table of contents applies to individual wiki pages. So one wiki page can have an autogenerated table of contents of all its headers, but you still need to make your own TOC of all the wiki pages.
