A Linux distribution created for and by the Linux Outlaws community, built from Fedora.

Currently, Brown Hat is in heavy development. We are currently building it on Fedora 12, and hope to have BrownHat 1.0 out early in the new year. (Well...thats the plan anyways).

Brown Hat is a Linux distribution using Compiz, with LXDE as its default Desktop Environment. There will also be a lite version without Compiz.

If you want to get involved in development, contact any one of the lead developers. There are always things to do.
