Bpack

Bpack is a simple source based package manager.

What is bpack?

Bpack installs files from source. It is more of an automated way of compiling things. It is very customizable and flexible. Primary concern is to keep track of where the software is to make updating software and removing software easier.

Why is bpack different?

Bpack is special in the way that it is very customizable. You have control of everything. It is just like compiling the software yourself but this way takes less time and allows you to keep track of the software and sorts out dependencies. If you don't really want keep it simple, bpack allows for that too. Bpack is easy enough for your grandmother to use and flexible enough to give satisfaction to geeks like us.
