issue 10 (Feature request: make size of transposition table configurab...) reported by mauro_pe...@yahoo.com   -   Hi, Would it be possible to make the site of the transposition table configurable? The default size of ~500MB brings my (admittedly puny) desktop to its knees. I had to change it in the code to make the game usable on my setup. Other than this small detail, thank you very much for Booze! It has been quite helpful for this Shogi beginner (I've been playing against it every day), and it's definitely a lot prettier than xshogi... -- Mauro

What do you see instead? Expected successful install. Fails due to lack of permissions to write to /usr/local Additionally if you try to: 3. run booze What is the expected output? issue 6 (Problems with Tori Shogi) reported by warrenpollock   -   This is on the newest Booze -- just downloaded it a few days ago. Using it on Vista. First of all, the rule is that you can't have more than two Swallows per file, not one as in the pawns in Shogi. Booze won't let me drop a second Swallow in a file. (Check, for example, http://www.shogi.net/rjhare/tori-shogi/tori-intro.html) Second, I captured a Pheasant, and it decided that was in reality an unlimited source of droppable Right Quails. A captured Falcon similarly turned into a source of infinite Cranes. This only happened for me; the computer player's drops worked normally.

issue 5 (Feature Request: Save/Load) reported by DanMan7997   -   Hi, I really like the program it has worked quite well so far. My only request is a save/load game feature because I often find I have to restart the computer for whatever reason and I have to scratch my game. Thanks!

issue 4 (Shogi on Window NT 4.0) reported by papoanaya   -   A very low priority item... I managed to compile and run Booze on Windows NT 4.0 using wx-devcpp (bloodshed version). Booze runs mostly fine, perhaps the only issue I'm having is on refreshing the screen in which I'm forced to click to see the next move or when I swap games. I'm sure that's a wx thing. But I'm curious if by any chance you've seen refresh problems. Thanks. Luis

issue 1 (Feature request: Multiplayerlocal and/or network) reported by cursedbeast   -   Love the program! Much prettier than xshogi and the right click reminder is handy. Only thing thats missing is multiplayer. Hot seat play would do for the mean time but network play would be great in the future!
