Perhaps it's just me but I can't seem to get the Blueprint Layout Builder to do much at all. Oddly enough, even column selection seems to require a right-click. FF 2.0.0.9 under WinXP 2002 SP2?
rails plugin doesn't exist (at least at the time being...)
