Copy the content of the unpacked archive in the blender's scripts directory:
($BLENDER_INSTALL_DIR)/.blender/scripts
Make sure that Python installation is found by blender (you should read "Checking for installed Python... Got it!" in the terminal), don't continue before it's fixed.
Starting the plugin
Open a script window in Blender
Go to the "Script" menu then click on "Render" -> "Pixie export GUI"
