BLBARC is a software aimed to help visually impaired people to find objects from their barcode : they just need a barcode reader and a speech synthesis.
Requirements
- To use it you need to have Java JRE 1.5 (included in MacOSX 10.4+) : http://www.java.com/
- If you want to use a Windows' screen reader, you need to install Java Accessibility Bridge : http://java.sun.com/products/accessbridge/
- If you want to use Voiceover, you need to have MacOSX 10.5 (a bug included in 10.4 prevents from using Java applications with Voiceover).
