Blacklist Protector is a .Net HTTPModule that uses the IP Blacklist maintained by Project Honeypot to protect your website against harvestors, bots, comment spammers.

Easily installed in any asp.net site without changing your code. It's possible to protect non-asp sites, although this hasn't been fully tested.
