A set of Scripts that I have written for the R Statistical Programming Language. This is not an R library, these are mostly scripts that rely on other libraries for all of the heavy lifting. These scripts are mostly related to general biological data analysis and genomics. I am making this available from google because I am using their subversion version tracking software to help me organize my work in R. I will be adding downloads as time permits. Documentation will be made available in the project wiki page.
