Server side file pack/unpack utility

• 12/15/2008 -- This application isn't close to being finished, but I have been keeping up on development on a regular basis. It's slow but it is going.

I am UI challenged and have pretty much used 1999 Web UI techniques. This project is changing all of that for me, bringing me more up to speed with more recent techniques.
