A simple battery monitor ideal for openbox etc. with no need for all the dependancies.

Now moved to the Hal framework for battery information as well as remaining time. imporved theme support including charging icons optinal notification support you can now run a command of your choice on critical battery level lots of code clean up. I've also added the ability to change the icon theme please look at the default theme for information on how to name the icons.
you can now also set the default interval by passing ./batterymon.py -i time in milliseconds
