Mostly the Zend Framework, with some structure and sensible defaults. Includes the YUI javascript libraries for AJAX and effects support. Custom libraries for migrations, scaffolding, exception and fatal error handling, validation, authentication, ORM, and more.

Currently in its infancy, but will grow as the Zend codebase grows.
