Add dot before matching URL

For example: User entered http://example.com/foo/bar. Then we should use http://.example.com/foo/bar to match the rules.

This may help dealing with those sites which don't require/support a "www" sub-domain but (in this case) ".example.com" is a keyword.

Sites with ".example.com" keyword while IP isn't blocked: googlesile.com
