This project will get information about an Audio CD using MusicBrainz and identify the artist and CD title. The album art is then located (currently only through Amazon.com). The idea behind this project is to eventually integrate it with the GNOME and KDE desktop to automatically identify Audio CDs when they are inserted. This project is in VERY early development, and is currently just a python script and a bash script that relies on wget, in addition to a modified file from the libdiscid project. At the current stage, we are able to fetch the required information, but we need an effective way to change the icon and the text of the Audio CD.
