Non-profit applications or engines:

You can use ATP1 for free under the "GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 2" and "Creative Commons Attribution - NonCommercial 3.0 Unported" license.

Commercial applications or engines:

If you want to distribute ATP1 (with your product) for commercial verion, you MUST let me/us know about it for pay the commercial license.

This will be applied "BSD" license.

The documentation for ATP1, supplied in the "doc" directory, all of directories, are distributed under the same terms as the software itself.
