arduino - issue #556

update optiboot to the point of the latest optiboot project sources.

Several problems reported against the arduino version of optiboot have already been fixed in the optiboot source repository at http://code.google.com/p/optiboot This will also add additional platforms (ATmega8 in particular)

Fixed in the 1.0-associated sources, and now shipping on new hardware.
