There are dependencies that this project uses for simple tasks. For example, reading the configuration file uses commons-io:commons-io-1.1 and locating the configuration file in the class path uses org.springframework:spring-2.0.5. If these dependencies could be removed by exporting the code from those libraries into this library, that would be grRRRreat. |

Removed dependency on spring and commons-io by extracting the methods and partial classes that were needed to support finding classpath resources and for reading files.
