Appspotimage provides a REST API to:

• Host images online and make them publicly available
• Create thumbnails
• Resize images
• Crop images
• Rotate images
• Flip images
• Optimize colours

The project is written in Python and runs in Google App Engine. It is a wrap up of the Python Image API with storage functionalities and accessible through a REST protocol. Illustrates the integration with the 3scale module to access to the API management functionalities delivered by 3scale as SaaS.
