What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install TortoiseSVN (http://tortoisesvn.net/)
2. select Upgradeable
3. You will see ToroiseSVN

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No TorotiseSVN

I see the recomendation to upgrade from version 1.4.8 to 1.4.8

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.3

Please provide any additional information below.

There's no easy way to fix this. Several applications display a partial version
online and a complete version once installed whereas others display the complete
version online but only partial locally. In Tortoise SVN's case, the second half of
the version is the version of the SVN backend but that is excluded when installed.

Fixing this will require an architectural change and will be considered in a later
release.
