Feature suggestion: What if entries could have multiple listed mirrors? The command-line could have an optional argument to specify which mirror to use, or otherwise could search down the list until one responds with at least one valid match. The GUI could likewise give the user a chance to select one, or by default permit the aforementioned scanning for a valid mirror. It seem straightforward in my head, which proves nothing. :) This came to mind while experiencing the exceedingly slow US mirror for VideoLAN this morning... R. Francis Smith |

This is a perfectly sensible request. Implementing it, however, will be a bit challenging. I'll look into it.
