issue 30 (Can add customer the api URL?) reported by Rory.CN   -   In many other country they can't connect the twitter.com directly, but they can use a api proxy to access. eg. http://code.google.com/p/twip/ I'll checkout the source. If i can submit a patch, I'll send there. Thanks.

issue 23 (Don't forget position in timeline) reported by bourdrez   -   What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Go to the Twitter timeline. 2. Scroll down. 3. Tap a Tweet, or switch to another app. 4. Hit the Back hardware button. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect to be back where I was in the timeline. Instead, I'm back at the top, and have to scroll all the way down again. What version of the product are you using? On what device? The latest version on the Market, 0.2.4 on the ADP1 with the latest Cupcake firmware. Please provide any additional information below. This makes the app almost impossible to use, as you can't just flip through your timeline, occasionally opening relevant Tweets to be able to click links.

issue 11 (Add support for identi.ca) commented on by zcopley   -   Evan asked me to respond about supporting multiple Laconicas, so here goes: The main thing you need to do is allow the user to specify the 'API root' for each Laconica, from which the API calls are built. It's always going to be in the form of 'http://site/path/api' (but often there's no path). For example, for the Twit Army Laconica site, the API root is, 'http://army.twit.tv/api'. So, for example, to retrieve the Twit Army public timeline you just tack on the API method (i.e: http://army.twit.tv/api/statuses/public_timeline.xml). There's one other interesting quirk. You probably want to support 'private' Laconica instances if you can. Private instances put all API methods behind HTTP basic auth. You can tell whether a Laconica site is configured as private by checking a special method: http://site/path/api/laconica/config.xml (e.g.: http://identi.ca/api/laconica/config.xml). If the <private> element contains 'true' then all API calls should be made using basic auth. Other than those two things, the API should behave exactly like Twitter's. Laconica's API documentation is here: http://laconi.ca/trac/wiki/TwitterCompatibleAPI Let me know if you have any other questions or there's anything more I can do to help out.
