Installed the new adt and it said it "This version of adt requires android sdk v0.9_r1. Current version is m5-rc15. Please Update your sdk to the latest version" |

Thanks mate. I had to reload the page to see the right SDK, just downloaded the older Android SDK so it probably got stuck somehow. In return, I did found this announcement ;) http://android-developers.blogspot.com/2008/08/announcing-beta-release-of-android-sdk.html |
