Issue 1354: Feature request: in Calendar, click on event location to launch Maps

Similar to issue 1062 , but that seems to relate to a web-based view of an
event, which isn't what I'm using.

On the View Event activity (EventInfoActivity), I can see an event's
location. I would expect to be able to click on that to perform a Maps
search (launch the geo: URL).

I have a patch here which does that; it seems to work. :-) ...but the
clickable area is not very large, I'm not sure how best to address that.
The location area could have a minimum height, or larger text, or there
could be a separate big "View map" line under the appointment_box, or
something.

It uses a new image in Calendar: res/drawable/sym_action_map.png which I
will attach as well (I modified it from the one in Contacts, to be dark and
smaller).

I haven't put it there, and by now, the code has moved on a little bit (layout
changes at least).
