I'm just a beginning Android coder so not sure how much I can contribute. I'm getting the source and will see if it's usable as is. Thanks for getting it this far!

The goal of many is to have their notes hosted online with a trusted provider (i.e. Yahoo,Google, Microsoft) and be able to see them and edit them in mobile from thier android phone. Having that application password protected would be a great bounus! Thanks for the consideration!

I think the idea of Google Docs sync is just great, but I see that this project is dead. Is there any usable release available? Do you plan continue working on the project? Would you like some help?
