Renaming DBHelper -> DBUtil since a "DB helper" has meaning to Android. (And also, DBUtil itself includes a subclass of Android's DB helper.) Also adding first cut (untested) SQL code for actually storing data. Also adding a static util class for creating Chartserver URIs.

Additional layout tweaks. This is the general structure we're going with, per UX designer feedback. There will no doubt be fine-tuning later, but this is what we have so far. Also includes a first real/original/legal icon -- I double-checked the licensing on the old icons, and the use would not be authorized, so they have been removed.
